On 3-10-07 I ordered a business card cutter from LetterFolders.com. The cutter list for $1,599.00 on their website. They agreed to sell me the cutter for $1,450.00 with free shipping. When I viewed my credit card online I saw that they had charged me $1,599.99 -. 99 cents more than their full price retail price and $149.99 more than the price I was quoted.
After a number of calls - none of which were returned - I received an email on 3-21-07 stating that they had issued me a credit for $105.00. First of all, the amount they said had been refunded was not the amount I was overcharged, and second, they never issued the credit as they said they had done.
Here I am 7 months later and I have still not received the refund - not a single dime of it.
I have seen other posts on this site where Chris Corday apparently denies any involvement with LetterFolders.com. I have a copy of what appears to be letterhead for LetterFolders.com that was faxed to the Trenton BBB after I filed my complaint with them. It contains Chris' signature, his typed name and the title "President/Letterfolders.com".
I don't care how good of a "deal" they might quote you - be wise and shop somewhere else with a company where honesty and integrity are a way of doing business.
