Bank of America needs to be held accountable for the unlawful charges that are being charged to our accounts on transactions that have gone through. I have been to a branch while in Dallas where the manager told me the way the " SYSTEM " works, I explained that I understand the way BOFA's system works, that it is set up to steal our money, I told him that they should be criminally charged with fraud, and I will do everything in my power to bring there unscrupulous business practices to light, right then the manager credited all 5 charges totaling $175.00 to my account. I had another meeting with an employee at a Houston branch, they did not refund my money, I was told to talk to the branch manager, tomorrow morning in my meeting with the manager I will be armed with copies of the stories that I read here on usacomplaints.com!!! I can't wait... I am willing to join in a Class Action Suit against Bank of America! This can not be tolerated, these "Fat Cats" that run the Banking institution are destroying the very fabric of our society...
