For over 7 days I have tried to obtain an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number from ColonAid700 to return my unopened product for a refund of $88.97 which was not authorized. This has entailed atleast 2 phone calls and 8-10 email requests.
According to their unsatisfied customer policy in the "terms and conditions" it reads:
If you are unsatisfied with our product, you may return the unused portion 15 days from the date that the product was originally shipped to you for a refund according to the following terms. To obtain a refund, your return must be postmarked 15 days from the date that the product was originally shipped to you.
To return a product for an exchange or refund you will need to obtain a Return Merchandize Authorization (RMA) number by contacting the billing department at [email protected].
An RMA number can ONLY be obtained by contacting the billing department at [email protected].
You will receive a response within 24-48 hours.
Please Note:
1) We cannot process or refund packages marked "Return to Sender."
The product I wish to return has a ship date of 1/22/09 which means I have until 2/9/09 to postmark my return package. However, I cannot get a RMA number from anyone at this company to return the product and receive my refund.
I'm frustrated and have filed a report with the AG's office, contacted KOMO 4 news Problem Solvers and now you.
