I ordered a trial of ColonAid700 paid shipping and handling and was advised that if I didnt cancel order within 15 days of receiving that I would automatically receive a 30 day shipment every month until I called and cancelled. When I received the trial pkg. I immediately called and cancelled figuring if I did like it I could call and order it. Three days later I received a pkg from ColonAid700—a 1 months supply.
I called the toll free number and they wouldnt talk with me. They told me to go thru their email address for returns and problems, which I did, and received 2 emails which I saved, that were short and were adement that I did not read their terms and conditions agreement, which I did, which is why I cancelled when I received the trial offer. They said that they had no record that I cancelled their product and I couldnt return it.
I advised them that I was calling my credit card company and disputing the charges, which I did, and that I was contacting the Attorney Generals office and the BBB, which I also did. The credit card company did take the dispute and the Attorney Generals office advised that if I do not receive a credit when I return it that I could file a report. They need to see if ColonAid700 does not credit my card once the product is returned.
I tried to get an address to return-couldnt get one thru the toll free number or email so I am sending it to the address on the front of the pkg -certified-I was advised by a ColonAid700 rep not to send it to that address, but I couldnt get another off them, so that is where it is being mailed. That is where it currently stands.
