I want to let anyone I can aware not to use Keytoneslim.com. This bussiness is deceptive and has the worst customer service. I have to admit to not reading the fine print completely. But they way they word the terms and conditions you would have to be out right stupid to agree to them.
My Girlfreind found out after completeing an offer and survey i would get a free sample. When she completed it and agreed to terms of a "Membership Program" no where did it state that she would be enrolled in this unless you read the terms and conditions. I find it deceptive that they would hide these facts into the fine print. I suppose I should know better.
Thats not where the journey ended as I thought we would chalk it up to a loss and try to return what was shipped to her. Well I saw the charges on her credit card account and the amounts were incorrect. You go online to their web site and the offer is for $48.00. Well My CC was charged $79.95 and $82.90. So she and I called and talked to a customer service individual and they were rude and basicly laughed at us not once but twice with diffrent managers. They said that they would not return anything after 24 hours and would not refund any money.
So after getting on and going over the terms and conditions they basicly have it iron clad that they can refuse anything you say or try to do. They state a 30 day return policy. But they refused that. It even states that on billing errors you have 30 days to respond or you accept the loss. I was was even told I was being charged on the 4th and that was resed today being the 9th. I dont see how this 30 day rule is legal.
