I have been scammed by a company called LuminousBrites, I have contacted customer service on the telephone three times now and am always told the same thing: "we are just a call center you need to contact customer support to get a RMA number to return the product we never asked for and they charged my account $88.97. I have e-mailed the customer support and this is what they e-mailed me back and they werent vey nice:
First e-mail received from them... The terms and conditions, which you were required to read and accept upon ordering clearly explained how the program works. If the terms and conditions were not agreed to, the website WOULD NOT process your order. We have thousands of customers who actually read these terms and conditions and either cancel their membership within the allowed time period, or choose to keep the product for many months.
Second e-mail received... They basically degraded me with very mean words and never sent me a RMA number. I called once again today and was told the call center has nothing to do with customer support? And that they will refund my money I need to e0-mail them again, and they will send me a return number. It seems to me they are amking a lot of money off us and arent standing by there policy on returns.

If you are unsatisfied with our product, you may return the unused portion 15 days from the date that the product was originally shipped to you for a FULL refund according to the following terms. To obtain a FULL refund, your return must be postmarked 15 days from the date that the product was originally shipped to you. Please note, the following terms apply for all returned items:
To return a product for an exchange or FULL refund you will need to obtain a Return Merchandize Authorization (RMA) number by contacting the billing department at [email protected]
An RMA number can ONLY be obtained by contacting the billing department at [email protected]
You will receive a response within 24 hours.
1) We cannot process or refund packages marked "Return to Sender."
2) Refunds will be issued to the same credit card that was charged when ordering the product.
3) To ensure a refund is processed for you, please send returns to the address provided along with your RMA number. The RMA number must be clearly written on the package that you are sending back. Our shipping deparment is NOT allowed to accept any packages without an RMA number.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. We recommend all returned items to be sent using some type of delivery confirmation system to ensure proper delivery.
After the shipping department receives your return, it generally takes 2 business days or sooner to process your refund. Once a return is processed, it usually takes 3-5 business days for this return to be posted to your account, depending on your financial institution.
So far I have not received an RMA number or a refund they wont return my e-mails or the money they scammed from me!!! Please beware!!!
