I recently cancelled my service with Direct TV, as I was checking my bank account I noticed they took out a large sum of money, when I called they said this is what I owed and that due to there policy it was said in the agreement which i never saw, they kept my cc that i started with them and took upon themselves to withdrawl the money without me knowing when. I think this is morally wrong, i would have paid but they didnt give me the chance! Because they took out money when i wasnt expecting it, it made my bank account negative!
