They make it sound real good. They make it sound real easy before you fork over the money. The two words you will keep hearing is the " THE PROCESS". What is the process? Well you are supposed to go through a customized list of properties that are supposed to be on the market for foreclosure. Your are to drop off letters at the locations you are interested in. The homeownes are to respond to you within a couple of days. After that, you are to get with the homeowner and set up a walk through and other details, concerning the details of their contract.
The problem is the homeowners haven't even heard of this company. The properties that I was interested in were off the market, sold or weren't even for sale or anything else. When I called Next Generation, they told me to stick to " THE PROCESS". I should try to find another thirty or forty properties before I start complaining. After getting threatened by one home owner that they would call the police on me if I came back, Next Generation told me that the homeowner was just embarrassed about their situation. What the hell does that mean?
Anyway when I was finally fed up with "THE PROCESS". I requested a refund. They told me I needed to get The addresses, names, and information from three homeowners that are denying me. Remind that if I kept talking to one of them I might be in jail. It says in their return policy to mail or email the info to them and the refund would be processed. Well one THEIR OWN then told me that it was a typo and that I needed to mail it instead. They then sent me an email after I emailed them the info statinng that I met the requirements but I would not get a refund but I could have a years membership. Damn a year of "THE PROCESS".
I called again and what do you know, Another Typo. Now all of sudden I don't meet the requirements. Well I mailed the info to them two weeks ago and haven't heard jack from them. I called 888-846 2941, Rich told me that he just received the mail today and my stuff wasn't in there. Well it wouldn't be if I sent it two weeks ago. So he said to call tomorrow and he would get with administration to find out what is going on. I call administration at 612-333-0391 and guess who answers the phone, Mr. Rich. He is the manager holding a meeting but he can't figure out where my refund request is. Aren't managers administration? To make a longer story long, ADIOS 199.99. Thank you and good night.
