I told the guy I spoke with, that I was very sketchy about trusting people. He reassured me time and time again that I had nothing to lose. It would cost $149.00 and that if I didn't find a home I could just call and get a refund within 90 days. Well first of all the process was horrible. You literally had to look at a list of differnt properties. Some looked okay, but it doesn't stop there. You have to then go drive by these properties and see if you would still have interest. So by this time you have spent two hours looking at the list of differnt properties, then taking two or three hours to go look at all the properties you may have interest in. Does this make sense?
So I call 30 days later and tell the them this process is ridiculous! I want my money back. David the employee says " Oh we don't give refunds till after 90 DAYS." I WAS ABSOLUTLEY NOT TOLD THIS. So oyu go online print a form to fill out not only your name and address, but a form that asks you to list 6 properties you saw. When you called them what happened. What is their number and name. You have to do this SIX TIMES! Three weeks later I get an email response saying "After reviewing your refund request we have denied you claim due to refund rules."
Last I thought I will submit it one more time. It's been ninety days. Two weeks later I get a "Return To Sender" Letter, Not deliverable as addressed.
What is up with that??!
