The company claims to provide their clients with foreclosure properties. They provide you with a list properties that are in foreclosure, then you send the homeowners letters asking to assist them by taking over their payments (rent to own). Only problem is none of that homeowners ever contact you back and you are not allowed to contact the property owners in person.in order to receive a refund you need to provide them with 3 rejection letters from homeowners, which is reallly hard considering no one ever gets back to you. So basically they make a profit by stating that they can assist you in your search to finding rent to own properties at a fee of $199.00.
If you ever try to contact them with information of the letters you have sent out and still there has been no response, they become very rude and ignore your calls or emails.
Please do not give them your money!!!
