The company is a BIG FRAUD!

In June I was contacted by the National Process Center on behalf of an application that I submitted online in regards to a grant that I was applying for. I was told by the rep, in which whose name was Rose Waters that there was a fee of $345.00 for them to do services for me. She then told me that the fee would cover them helping me do my grant and giving me all the resources I would need, and that there would be a guaranteed grant amount of $5,000. So I went ahead and paid the fee of $345.00. I was then told that within 4 weeks I would receive an information packet and that after completing it I would receive my grant in 6 weeks. Well first of all it took almost 4 months to receive the information packet. After I completed the packet and sent it back I was then told that in 8 weeks I would receive a benefits report and that would get my grant process started. After that a few months had passed and I hadn't heard anything so I called and asked where was the information that I was supposed to get, I was then told that I would receive a call letting me know when I was going to receive it. Two weeks later someone called me and said that within 2 weeks I would receive the package and that would get the process going. Well two months had passed and I still had not received anything and during those two months every time I asked where was this package I was promised I was always getting the run around and someone always said "oh there is a problem with the mail" and when ever I asked to speak to a supervisor I was told someone would call me back and no one ever does. So I ended up calling back to speak to a supervisor and also to request a refund because I have not received the services I was promised. During that call the supervisor told me he would email the information to me that I was supposed to receive in the mail, and he also accused me of receiving it via mail stating there is a conformation saying I received it. Well I have not received anything and the only real conformation there is, is to have someone sign something not just have it placed in someone mail box because obviously it was not placed in my mail box because I never received anything. Anyhow after the supervisor emailed me the information I looked at it and the so called grants they have for me to apply for is welfare type stuff like applying for housing, CHP, and low income assistance. They also had other stuff like student loans and debt consolidation. I am real unhappy and dissatisfied because when I gave this company my $345 I was not told I would receive services such as these. I was told I would be guaranteed a grant of $5,000 or more not welfare services like housing. I then asked the supervisor for a refund and he told me I have to apply for these things and if I get denied by three companies that's how I would receive a refund. First of all I was misled and I don't like it, I did not pay $345 to apply for welfare services like housing and low income assistance, and also student loans. Even if I applied for them I would get denied because I make to much money also I already have enough student loans and the purpose of the grant was to pay off student loans, in which I told that to the person (Rose Waters) when she called me back in June when I paid the $345. I told her what I needed the money for and she told me that I would be guaranteed $5,000. If this company records their calls it would verify that Rose did indeed tell me that. I am really tired of getting the run around from this company and I want a refund because the services that I was told I would receive, I have not received them at all. I have been given the run around for 10 months and I still have not received any sort of grant. I was told on the first initial call when I paid my $345.00 I was told that the process takes no more than 8 weeks and it has been 10 months and I have nothing but referrals to gov assistance aka welfare assistance. I am very upset at this point and I just want my money back.
