I am so dissapointed at greyhound for not getting my box of xmas presents up to my 3 grandchildren... It was so dissapointing for everyone... It was hard times for them this year and a few more gifts would have helped. They were shipped from Parksville BC Jan 17,08. My receipt # is 11556124123. The Vernon office should be able to handle overload at this time of year without sending the parcels back to Kelowna if not picked up the same day. My son also sent a parcel up and it did not arrive either!!! I just hope they show up soon somewhere!!! You really do need a new bus depot in Vernon!!
