I was very disappointed that the parcel I sent up to Vernon for my 3 grandchildren did not arrive... It was very disappointing for everyone as it was hard times for them this year and a few more gifts would have helped. Vernon should be abe to handle the overload this time of year without sending the parcels back to Kelowna, if not picked up the same day! You people need a bigger bus depot there!!! The parcel was sent 12/17/08...# 11556124123 My son also sent a parcel there and it did not arrive also. I just hope they arrive somewhere!!!
