OnlineDetective.com - says 3 day trail shows all the Items you can investigate online, but you have to join first to see what works, but none of the Items on website work, apparently you have to pay more. I only wanted to do reverse lookup on phone number to get persons name and address from phone number to send legal documents. I emailed 4 times no one got back to me, tryed 10 times to get website to work, to no avail. So two hours after emailing - (they have no phone number to reach!) I send 4 emails canceling the 3 day trail.-
I call their Billing company-WWW.ccBILL.com (what a joke!) first lady says ok we will refund, money wasnt in my account next day, I call again another woman answers and says!!! I'm not getting a refund!!! I call 2 more times still says no refund.in Pennsylvania is law if unsatisfied with service or purchased Item can return in 24 to 72 hours-cancel a contract or return the item!!!
Also checked out web-detective.com and net detective were just the same!!! Information was the same fake or limited info you can find in free search.
Only legitimate search was - althought they could only give me limited information (that you can get for free), which i requested full information, they returned my money immediately (thank god some people are honest)
