ID Theft Protection
Took #31.85 out of my checking account without my permission. Now I have a $33 overdraft charge

I applied for a payday loan online. When I checked my bank account Id theft protection had withdrawn $31.85, which caused an overdraft. So between the overdraft & the debit to my account, they ripped me off for $64.85.
I have a confirmation number for my cancellation. I have chatted online with them. First they said the refund would be sent Dec. 17, today they said Dec. 24.
