Water damage on-going from a hot water leakage finally ended to a garage ceiling damage and large gas bill all on a 1 year plus new house

AS of December 10 I spoke to Innovative Homes receptionist to inform Julie again about my request to fix the ceiling in the garage dued to a nother water leakage from over 5 months ago. I was at home all day and never received a response again. I called at 4:25 in the afternoon and ask the recently new receptionist when will someone be out to fix the ceiling, and she proceeded to interupt my guestion by saying that no one is coming because they have other con cerns with other places. I informed them that I am so tired of this on-going matter and tthat I request this be taken care of immediately and that I was beyond patient and that this is the third time this was suppose to be done. Prior to this, there has been many other major concerns dued to a hot water leakage that was discovered m0nths later at the bottom side of a house thats on a slope. I have had an on-going gas bill for monyhs in which those months of the water leakage over about $1,184 had quickly accumulated, and Julie finally after weeks had passed, offered in two different parts after my request only a little 3 hundred dollars. I went through months from May untill now making payments untill this pass September, the leakage that was suppose to be fixed occured again causing both water bills and gas bills again to rise. Iimmediately call all involved again and the plumber finally discovered the real problem that the water pressure in this house was one of the highest he has ever seen, and that they would need to cut off the water for about four hours the next day and fix the major problem that had caued a year of problems throughout the house and large water and gas bills. This time after I gave IHP mt bills information they took full care of the water bill and some of the gas bill after I paid my regular amounts, still leaving$201.00 that IHP need to pay. As a results of all of this, It had caused my waterbill of months ago whIle waiting for IHp to send the plummers bills and as of October 08 my Scanna gas was cut of when she had paid the partial amount, my water bill is fine now. This house which wlastered and left unpainted. I called, and wlugust 1) has had problems from day 1 with a hole in the upstairs air condtion system causing us to have no air condtion upstairs for almost three weeks and fixing the problem through the upper wall in the living room left us with a hole in the wall plastered for almost amonth untill I located the builders and they took care of it finally, this was the first of many. We are moving as soon as our least is up July and our orignal intentions was to be here for many years. We thought it would be worth the money we pay each month to rent anew house, but we felt we was short changed in the pass year in a half as well as going through so many house problems off and on that we or no one else deserved. We have paid our rent on time every month being condiderate of our bills and IHP unconsiderate of us half of the time. We need your help now please! Please! Please!
