I myself have alot of problems with this so called company. My family and I have lived in this residence for little over a year now. Sinced we moved there had to be numberous repairs done. I made out a checklist for Mike and he said that he would have things fixed, but I called his company numberous times for the repairs to be done and nothing got done. I have water leaks in the kithen and bathroom. The leaks that is coming from the pipes upstairs are coming right through the kithchen ceiling and through the lighting area for the kitchen. There is many problems and issues with this house. There is no installation in this house. The last few months my gas bill has been as high as 300-400 or more a month. I have never had high bills like this before. Mike and his company is taking my family and I to court for Non payment of rent and Possesion. Well I do have an attorney and is strongly willing to help. I have copies of all reciepts of rent and including the water bill reciepts that I have paid and he is suppose to be resposible for the water bill. I have children in the home and exspecially the newborn. The water got shut off a couple of times because he did not want to pay the bill so to make sure that there was water for the family to use, I had to pay the bills including the extra fees for the turn off. These people that run this so called company only thinks of themselves and not others. As the saying goes "Don't do to others that you do't want done to you". I rented a previous apartment from this company before we moved here and we we're litterally thrown out of there. That is because when the owner had moved out of state, Mike was not giving him his money from the rent we had paid and of course we were current. Then Mike said that he had another house available for us but it has been nothing but head aches and misery. I feel deeply sorry for the people that trusted in him and his company to help with their properties. Aslo there is a saying "What goes around comes around", so eventually he will have his turn for what he has done to everyone that he has done wrong to. I wish you all good luck. Thank-You
