Hi my name is Alicia Benish, I'm a single mother with three kids, I've been renting this home for 11 months already and I've been paying every month on time, my water bill came out for the 10 months i've been here for $1,500, 00 just one water company because at this area we have to pay 2 water company, one is Bexar Meet the one the bill come out for $1.500 plus the San Antonio Water System for over $200.00 for the 10 month plus the present month of Feb because I didn't received my water bill until the thirt or fourt month I moved over here, I have a leak on the side of the house in the front yard plus the irrigation system was broken. The Relastate Company came to repair the house a couple of times because had different problems, I really use the water system for only two weeks because by the time it got repaired the cold weather came. The Bexar Meet gave me a $300 discount for all these big bill, I live by my self with my three kids at this home. My bill for December and Janurary came out to $21 per month. I talk to the Real Estate people and they didn't want to help me and they said that this is my problem and that this is not my home.
Another thing, Ihave to be concerned is that i pay $1,800.00 per month for this home I give a deposite of $1,800.00. Next month is going to be the last month to rent this house, I know signed the contract because I really needed a place to move. But the company wanted to keep $1,000.00 just for cleaning fee no matter how I will leave the house plus any damage I may have. I belive this is to much money for just cleaning fee. Is this right for them to keep that much money for just cleaning fee especialy of the bad economy situation were are having right now? I will leave the house as clean as possible but I want to keep the much money is possible from my deposit, I will pay whatever demage or anything I have to pay but not my all deposit.
