I leased out a unit from Mr James Johnson and Gene Brown. There were multi plumbing problems and I had very little water use from October 23 throught December but there was a water leakage raising the bill to 70.00 during this time. January 3 Dekalb County illegally transferred Mr Johnson water bill to my account which I gave Mr Johnson 20.00 in January which a refund is due for the 20.00. I did not get a water bill until around March that was very high due to a water leakage on the property. Mr Johnson & Ms Brown got it repair around April which the water bill went up to 800 or more during that time to May. When the bill came out in August my accurate water usage was a little over 33.00 for June and July. I was ripped off by the landlord and dekalb county.
