We had purchased a queen size areo bed a year ago, of which was great in the beginning. However, since our purchase one year ago, the seams in the middle of the bed started to break or release from the mattress. When I called to have this exchanged, I never got an answer back!!!
After months of trying to get a hold of someone, we never got a reply. We fianly threw the mattress away, and what a waste... That mattress was not cheap!
What do we do now??? This company does not stand by their product nor make an effort of returing calls or eamils. We are very disappointed with this product.
