Bought two beds from sit n sleep about a year and a half ago. Well the first mattress was defective they replaced that one with a new one. The second mattress is dipping and the mattress guy comes out takes pictures does his thing and tells us that he sees the mattress is defective. However two days later we get a call from the Customer Service people and they tell us they wont take the mattress back because there was a small 2 inch yellow stain but there is no stain on the mattress the yellow is gold and its the design on the mattress We asked to see the picture they said they were gonna send it never did gave us the run around. Does this sound like good business i think not
