On 6/24/04 i purchased a chiromatic mattress (with a 25 year waranty), i weigh 105 lbs, after sleeping on this mattress for 3 weeks it had a huge sinking spot. I called the manager, rob, and was told i had to lug the queen size mattress into his store (45 miles away) on my sports car, even though this is not the way it left his establishment. I had to pay for delivery $50 which is not unreasonable, but it had to be "in cash" to his driver, (perhaps because of his illegal status in the usa?), my point was, that if it is under waranty, and i paid to have it delivered because i have no way to move it, then they should pick it up. I even offered to pay $50 cash again for them to do this. I was told no and to get out of his store! So do not purchase from this store unless you are willing to be abused by rude and ignorant sales people. And if you are over 50 lbs, do not sleep on their beds, you will destroy them!
Waranty was not honored, no matter what i agreed to do!
