Dear Avenue:
I would like to report a problem I have had with you since June. I was told I was able to receive a FREE
Amethyst ring for being a good customer. After that I was sent something I DID NOT order, I tried to send it
back but the post office would not pay for it. The next month I was sent something else, I marked it return
to sender and being very angry I wrote a note cancelling my credit card. I sent back the items, paid for the
postage myself only to find that I was being charged for those items. I tried to call but I could not get a hold of a customer service representative only a pre-recorded message.in that time I lost my card and I will not renew
my new one. I am now being charged a late fee for some a problem that was negligence on your part.
You lost a very good Customer.
I want my account cancelled, I l would like a statement from June, I want the late fee charged dropped and
I would like you to pay for the postage I spent on returning items I did not order. If I truly owe you money
for items I purchased in the store I will be happy to pay for them. I have not ordered anything on line.
PLEASE CANCEL MY ACCOUNT. Thank you

I received a call from a collection agency demanding money for the late fees I owed and they were asking for my bank routing number.
I Did not receive one phone call or talk to a real person about my problem.
