On a charge of $2,900.00 to build a web site, HWS after 3 hardship months to get this site built that should have been done in 4 to 6 weeks, I went live. But I never got the training i was promised to show me how to use the site. They told me there were things I could change or add on my site but never got instructions on how to do it. Then they acted puzzled when ask why no one had showed me.
The so called web center. A place where you are charged for everything you want done or fixed on your site at their "request page" that you must fill out then submit with charge. My site was an all pcp site until I had to have my home page changed to a html page. This was so I could run specials on my site. Today that page is yet to be fixed. Looks like a 2nd grader designed it.
In August of I wanted a contest data base added to my site. Shure they said, This will be $600.00. I ask if I could make payments. Shure! No problem. But in Sept, after I decided not to take that contest data base and did under conformation cancel that out, they tried to take the $600.00 from my bank account. When the money wasn't there they put me in collections! Tryed a rip off and they lost. After telling me it was a computer error, told by my account manager, she disapeared never to be heard from again. I never was assigned another account manager.
All my billing was scedualed to be done with HWS on the 4th of each month.in november some time in the second week after paying my bill, they tried to take an extra $69.00 out of my account. After finding no funds there again, they put my site in collections. Boy, I bet they were pissed they couldn't get any money that time eather.
I have unseccessfully tried to get at least half a refund from them on my site and have given up. But it will bring me much more pleasure to help bring this stealing company to their nees. I have started my own sweet campain they can not follow. But if a lawer has the... To go after them in a class action suit, look me up, i'm in.
