Have taken money, haven't provided service Provo Utah

On Jan. 13th I paid my 50% to get a web site designed and a data base built.

Since then all that has happened are more contacts from sales people to sell me upgrades for my to be web site.

I am told that my project has been submitted to a programmer but one has not picked it up yet. I have asked for a timeline and what the hold up is. No one can tell me when the work will actually get started or why it hasn't been started.

So today I emailed the ceo, my contact and his manager requesting this information and informing them that i will need a full refund tomorrow if they can not give me a satsifactory answer as to when they will start building my site and data base.

I feel three and a half weeks after paying for the web site is already way to long to have to wait before they will even start the process.
