I recently purchased a Dell Monitor. I got it home and it wouldn't even turn on? Keep in mind I'm no novice. So, I called the Customer support and they told me I had to have a Customer Number? I explained to them that I had just purchased it and I had no such number. I then asked the person where I could get the Cust # and he said I should have been given one when I purchased it? I even tried giving the guy the Serial number but he said he couldn't help me? I then told him I would be taking the Monitor back at which time I would be purchasing a different Brand. Needless to say I will be avoiding any Dell products. Thanks for nothing DELL!
