We bought a dryer from sears and the delivery men did not hook up the steam cleaner. That was the beginning of a long and painful time consuming experience. We called every number we could get, got passed from this one to that one. Two men came out 3 different times and not one of them had any thing to connect it up with. We have called again and was told they would get back with us! Now I ask you, is that any way to run a business?
