We bought a Kenmore Dryer on 6/27, one with everything on it, it even has a steam dry cleaner on it. They delivered it on 7/2, hooked it up and was gone but they forgot to hook up the steam cleaner so we called and called and called they final sent someone out on Sun of all days but they didn't know what to do, we kept calling and 3 times they send someone out and they don't have the things to fix it. The last time was 7/9, so we called sears in rome, ga where we got and talked to the manager. He said held get back with us, I don't know, I'm to the point of just sending back go some where else to get me a dryer. This has been the worst experience I have ever had with sears and if I get this settled it will be my last!
