Litton has made my life a living nightmare, fail to post accurate payments made, promised to modify mortgage I paid, then requested a print-out that disclosed a "forbearance adjustment". I never have missed any payments

Litton Loan Servicing has been a 'living nightmare', every time I call I am treated less than human. Litton bought my Home Loan from Chase Mortgage about a year ago. I have made my Mortgage payement faithfully and on time, then I got a letter from Litton demanding an outrageous monthly payment, when I called I was transferred 5 times and still no resolve.

I called back the next day and got a person a thought was going to help me. The female customer service advised me to sent in a fax copy of my bank statements verifying that I had indeed paid Litton Loan. I complied and sent in the documents, then I was told, Litton sent back a July payment to my bank &Biggest Lie Ever! My bank confirmed the pay-out to Litton Loan and I sent legal documents proving that July Mortgage was accounted for.

I called back and a different Customer Service advised me that she did not see any "typed-notes" about what I was telling her. Whoa... When does this insanity and torture stop. I continue to ask her about my Loan Modification and Why? Was the words "Forbearance Adjustment" being used on my Home Mortgage when I have paid $350.00 as requested and signed by notary and payments have all been on time even with the "horrible ARM" increase of $444.00 added to my housenote. I was promised that I would be reimbursed and credited for the overage of payments..."this has not been seen or happened". Litton has failed to document and communicate correct information to me, conversations have all been misleading, some of the customer help reps have been very rude and abrupt.

Back in March the local news station Channel 11,26 or 13 publicized Litton for failure and mis-information to customers and that a dispute was ensued against Litton. I tried to call continuously, Litton Loan Servicing did not answer the telephone after the News on public local television&I was not able to make contact with this scandalous company for 1 and 1/2 months. After, this I realized these people are very scandalous. I would like to file a Lawsuit for mental and emotional slander, misleading and mis representing customers, setting homeowners up for "failure" and for hiring people without people skills. I am so frustrated and feel 'quite helpless' because of this.

Everyday you call a different person answers the phone, then I was told well. Our computers don't always get accurate information from the other departments. I asked one day why are you transferring me to "Litigation" department... Her response "These are the people who can help you"..., my experience has been in-humane and worst than a "circus that came to Houston-town".

I will be pursuing Legal Advise very soon. I am comtemplating contacting the local new media after the Hurrican IKE disparity aftermath settles here.
