It stareted with Fairbanks not crediting our account for six months for mortgage payments. Litton Loan bought it from Fairbanks and Fairbanks did not tell Litton that our payments were made. They kept the money. We started out not knowing we were behind until Litton stared forclosing on us. We had to file bankruptcy and that still did not stop them. We have a repayment plan and now they say we are another six months behind and thet want our house. Fairbanks and Litton Loan are in this together to steal people's houses. They don't even send out monthly statements.
