I qualify for a mod. Since my other mortgage company already modified me but litton seems to have there own guidlines. I have proof that I qualify and may have to go to court against them, but they are used to court and know what they can get away with. DO NOT USE LITTON LOAN!!! Biggest Fruad out there!!!
