Ordered a set of four weapons to go with four ninja turtles costumes. They shipped me two of the four weapons and charged me the same amount of shipping. I was never told that the other two items were out of stock nor was I given the option of canceling my order. When I called to see if I could return the INCOMPLETE order, I was told that all sales are final. Now I have to go to another website and pay shipping AGAIN for two items that I am missing. This is not my first issue with this seller. Their website is WAY out of date and most of the items they have listed are out of stock. Save yourself the time and effort and order from a more reliable online company, like buycostumes.com.
