I went on to this company's website to purchase a halloween costume for my son. Their website states that they will email a confirmation to you. I never recieved anything.
I became concerned after 10 days of not receiving any type of confirmation from hollywood studios costumes. I attempted to call all numbers listed on their website but either the phone rang with no answer, or there would be a message saying all mailboxes were full. I even attempted emailing the company with the email address provided on their website, but the email would come back as invalid. With halloween approaching I had no choice but to cancel my credit card to ensure that I was not charged months later for a costume that I attempted to purchase through this horrible company.
Needless to say I purchased the same costume through a more reliable website. Do not use this company for any purchases!
