We ordered 2 Star Wars costumes for our children on 10/7 and received a confirmation of the placed order. We gave the company our credit information. We have not received the costumes - we have a school party this Friday. I have called - they don't answer the phone or when it does connect - it states the voice box is full. They give information on their site that states orders will be processed in 48 hours and you will receive them in 6-8 business days. Yet, they have not processed our order yet. They list various numbers (954) 941-4535,941-8172,941-3950,941-4547 and they have a recording that states to e-mail order status requests to [email protected] and [email protected].
I have left over 10 e-mails to no avail. PLease help!!!
