I spent 6 hours making 3 photo books for a very special occasion which was time-sensitive. I sent the order in July 23rd and I need it by August 22nd.
FIRST: Winkflash printed the order incorrectly. I called them immediately when I received it.
SECOND: When I called the customer service rep was rude and brusk and said that there was no guarantee that it could be reprinted on time.
THIRD: I called again and was now told that the new rep I was now speaking to would take control of my order and send it to her desk within 2 days to make sure it was printed correctly and then she would priority mail it.
FOURTH: When the order did not arrive in another week, I again checked the status of the order. It has been cancelled. I received no email notification and certainly no call.
There is no way I can reconstruct this order with another company in time to have it for the occasion. Read other's comments before using this company. I wish I had. There are many stories like mine. Do Not Use This Company!!
