This company is horrible. I had the same exact problem as Eric. They never sent my cards and wouldn't respond to any emails. They have a customer service number only at certain times on their website. The "manager" I spoke to was especially rude and refused to give me the name of her boss.
I filed a report with the better business bureau when I did not recieve my order or a refund. The BBB told me they had other complaints on file and that I had to report them to the Rhode Island atty. General. I did, and you should too if you have had problems with this company. I am STILL working on getting my money back.
