I am fed up with the Customer Service for Winkflash.com for the following reasons:

For the 3rd time I emailed the company in hopes of getting a reasonable answer as to why I was overcharged $3.00 shipping when their shipping policy clearly states $. 99 per regular prints and $2.99 for postcard for orders up to 50 cards. My first email sent was 12/22, the response email finally arrived on 12/9, seven days later is extremely slow to answer such a easy question. The response from the customer support was pathetic and didn't even answer my question in a comprehensible way.

My beef with the company is when I signed up I made sure to read their shipping policy really closely to see what I would be paying for shipping as opposed to other online photo shops who offer low shipping. According to their shipping policy they only charge $. 99 for any amounts of regular print, no matter how large the order. However, postcards, photocards are charged $2.99 per shipments up to 50 cards. Well I only ordered 72 regular printes ($. 99 shipping) and only 20 postcards ($2.99 shipping), but was charged $6.97 for shipping. I questioned as to why the extra $3 was charged. Now, $3 bucks is not a lot of money to haggle over, but I feel if they advertise the shipping price on their site, they should definitely adhere to it and not add any extra frivolous and surprised charges which I find misleading and sneaky.

Anyway, not only has their service been extremely disappointing, but I have found their so called customer support to be pathetic and unacceptable, especially when they should be responding to customers in a timely manner, not over seven days. My second email was sent 1/5/06 and still no today, 1/9, I have not received any type of answser. I think they are hoping I will just go away. I will not, and plan to write a letter of complaint to the Better Business Bureau tomorrow about their misleading shipping policy as well as asking for a refund for the Christmas postcards that still has not arrived— an order that I have placed over 3 weeks ago and is no longer of any use to me now.

I feel that I have been patient with their service long enough. I have requested that they cancel me from their membership profile and will try another online photo company — maybe Snapfish.com which I have heard are pretty decent in their service.

I have emailed several times about the overcharge on the shipment of my first order and I have not heard a satisfactory explanation as to why I was charged $3.00 extra for my order. I believed I should have been charged shipping total of $3.98 instead of $6.99 since I order 4x6 prints and only a total of 20 postcards. I realize the postcards shipping cost is $2.99 per orders of 50 postcards and total of $. 99 for regular prints.
Also, I have not received my first order as of today, how long does the delivery take? I seems like it has been quite awhile since the order was shipped.

My first experience with your company has not been up to what you advertised with great service and customer service. I am comptemlating cancelling my membership and going with another photo company such as snapfish if I do not hear anything back regarding my many inquires.

When 2 different cards are ordered they are shipped separately.

For every 50 photocards the charge is 2.99
For every 50 post cards the charge is 2.99
For any amount of photos the charge is 99 cents.

This is my very first order and so far I am kind of disappointed for the delayed response to my simple question.
