In December I ordered the complete DVD set of Red Dwarf, my husbands favorite show for his birthday in February. I got an email order confirmation and then the money was taken from my checking account.
I waited and waited to hear from this company or get my order. I finally emailed and called. After about a month I got an email saying my order was on backorder. I responded by asking for a refund. I have been emailing and telephoning every day, multiple times a day since. It is now August and I have not gotten a refund, phone call or email.
Sometimes my emails come back to me. Sometimes they are sent from another address. The phone number they sent me in the email does not work.
I don't know how to get my money back.
