I have been looking for the complete set of Beverly Hills 90210 and did an internet search. I came upon the ultimate DVD shop and thought wow for the $118 I could get every episode. So I placed my order with UltimateDVDShop.com.

I recieved an email right after I placed the order and they took the money off our HR Block card; to my surprise I also got another email stating that the money would not be taken off the card till the order was processed.

Well the order was processed and the money had already been taken off our HR block card. After about a month I had not recieved my DVDs and tried calling the number located on the site and it took me 10 different times to get ahold of someone. To my surprise I got someone that could not speak a lick of english or even understand it.

The person on the other line had said that my order was on backorder and to wait about 5 - 7 business days and I should recieve my DVD's. Well I waited this 5-7 business days and still nothing. SO I called again and was put on hold for over 2 hours and nobody answered.

Needless to say I waited another month to see if I would get my order and still nothing. I called again to find out what was going on and they told me that they had given me a refund and it would be on our card in 5-7 business days and well it never was put back on.

I then called to find out why it had not been put on there, the person on the line told me that they had computer problems and there were some issues getting the money back on others cards too; we weren't the only ones that had problems. So I waited another 5-7 business days and still nothing.

By this time it was March and we didnt get our DVD's or our refunded money they kept saying they had already put on our HR Block Card. Since March I have called the many different numbers they have sent me and some are not available and others I have sat on the phone on hold for 4 hours or more waiting for someone to pick up the phone.

It is now June 27 and I still can not get ahold of the company via email or phone. I have called more than 30 times and emailed more than 20 times. I keep trying but with no prevail. I think my next best thing is to fight with the HR Block card company to see if I can disbute the claim and see what can be done to get my money back. I just hope it works cause I do not see me getting my money back from this company.

I do hope there is someone out there that can help me. We do not have any money to pay for the help, we just had the extra money from taxes to buy the DVDs.
