I ordered the complete Lancer series on Nov. 29. My CC was charged on the 30th (to my surprise almost 10 dollars more than what my invoice stated).
I tried to contact them via live chat and phone late in Dec. Before X-mas because I hadn't received my order. You cannot get through to them. I sent and email to AllMyFav. Shows and finally received and email back from TVAddicts on Jan 2 telling me that my order was on backorder, and they would email me with a ship date and tracking number when the order is successfully shipped.
On Jan 10 I received and email from AllMyFav. Shows (go figure) apoligizing for the delay, if I would like to cancel they would refund me. I emailed back asking for a refund. It is Feb. 9 and still no refund.
I have begun a dispute claim with my CC Company. Beware... These companies are one and the same. I have since found out that they go by DVDDonkey, DVDAvenue, DVDCollections, TVBoxset and who knows what else.
