I saw the advertisement for the Majick Jack on television, they said they send out the item and bill you in 30 days. You need dsl or broadband which i didn't have but planned to get just to use this wonderful gadget. So I place my order and begin searching for dsl service only to find that my computer needs major work or replacement in order to get dsl or broadband.
So, I called to cancel the order, problem is, you never get a live person, it's just a machine that takes orders for the majickjack. My plan at this point was to wait for it to arrive and just send it back.
Problem: it never came but they attempt and continue to attempt to bill my credit card every 7 days, mind you no majickjack ever arrived and it hadn't even been 30days and they were already tryint to get the money!
I don't trust this company now and even when I do get dsl or broadband I will never order this item from them.
I want them to leave my credit card alone. I want to ask them why they keep trying to bill me when i never recieved the item, why don't they have a customer complaint line, or just plain customer service with a live person?
They should have had some sort of ups tracking system and an invoice to send to me to verify the shipment, none of that occured yet they continue to bill my credit card!
