After paying majick jack to be able to make long distance call using their 1-848-9999 phone number was unable to do so from the magic jack plus because the computer said you have no credit seriously at first i heard it i put 20 usd more but after it did it again well i thought well might be a problem on the this line and try my ipad app so i pay again 20 after a whole freaking week i cant still call my girlfriend to her mobile or the hotel i will stay to verify the reservation!
When i contact live help they said the account is under review!! seriously? Then i asked what does it means?
They said i cant give more information since i dont know that another department i am refering you... And they will contact you..
Very angry with the service!
