I called looking for homes in foreclosure to possibly take over payments and move into a house. The guy I spoke with said I needed to give him credit card and pay $199.00. I told him I did not have the money and he assured me the money would not come out of my account. I checked with my bank and sure enough, the money was taken out that same day. I called back to get my money back and Midge assured me that the money would be back into my account the next day. When the money was not refunded, I called back and this time was told that it would take 30 days to refund the money and that I needed to fill out a cancellation form. They still have not sent me a cancellation form or refunded any of my money!
