I am in the auto service business. A customer had left a $200 deposit for work I was supposed to do, but didn't leave enough info for me to contact her. I thought maybe this company could help, so what the heck? $2.95? I'll do that! The $2.95 came out, but 2 days later so did $29.95. I called their number, 888-613-2112 on 2/22 and spoke with a lady who said the money would be refunded and I received a code. A week later the money has still not been refunded. I called this morning and spoke with 'Andrew' (yeah right) and got the run-around. He said that only 50% of the $29.95 could be refunded. That pissed me off! I told him I was promised a full refund, and besides, I hadn't agreed to having it taken out to begin with. I told him not to do anything yet; I'll call my bank. He then put me on hold, came back and said he would give me a full refund. Even gave me another cancellation code and a separate refund code. Yay. I still called my bank. My banker suggested I cancel that card should they try to take it out again. She said if it isn't refunded, I should file a dispute.in short, NEVER do business with these guys!!! They're totally dishonest.By the way, their information was useless to me, so even the $2.95 was a waste.
