I do not know how they got my card number but I saw the charge on my statement and called and was told the money would be refunded now I cannot reach anyone but a voicemail which is never returned. I spoke to them twice was assured the money would be refunded it never has been it has been over a month. The credit union says without closing the account they cannot assure that it will never happen again. Can someone help me get my money back without having to close my bank account
