Absolutely avoid this scamming company at all cost. I ordered flowers on line to be delivered the next day. Ten days and numerous calls later, no flowers have been delivered and no money has been refunded. The customer service is also the worst I've ever experienced. It was as if I called and woke someone up from their home. During 15 minutes of silence (after I FINALLY got someone on the phone) the representative said he was filling out refund paperwork by hand to give to his supervisor. I needed to get back to work, but he said he could not fill out the form unless I was on the line.??? To get your money back, use your bank's fraud/dispute department. I called and filed today and have been assured that THEY will resolve the issue.
