We were notified by MCI that we had calls from a 900 number, they were very helpful and blocked them as we have not used MCI for over 5 years. It was to late however.
Qwest and MCI took the charges off our bill, but OAN 900 had been calling or talking to our son who is mentaly disabled.
Somehow they got threw our blocks, our son has an IQ or 79. They talked to him and charged my husband close to 500.00 for these calls.
Not only did they exploit our disabled son, they turned us over to the credit people.
We would never use a trash number like this.
We refuse to pay this bill and i want them to be held accountable for talking dirty to a person with a mind of a 2 nd grader...
We are not happy that we get phone calls every other day about our credit being bad because of this companey.
I will do what ever it takes to close them down, class action sounds great!
My husband and i are both ill and we do not need the stress. We are on a fixed income.
