Destroyed my life over hear say

I'm 16 i live with my boyfriend/husband we are common law married we planned to get married after my son was born but my life got turned around
DHR come into my life because people calling and saying i live with my father who does drugs and there is an infant in the house... I lived with my husband at this time and my son lived with us... I lived with him for a year all of a sudden im in states custody, state took custody of my son and place him in another home, i can't see my husband or father and i have to be with a DHR agent or with my foster care parents... I'm 16 was living on my own and now i can't even walk out the door without someone following me i feel like the states hostage or something... I only get to see my family at court and my mom on tuesdays i can only see my son when its reasonable for the DHR agents... I am like so depressed and i cant take the constant watching me stuff i have not went nowhere by myself in 2 months and im going insane and everything is over hear say they never even investigated... Can they really do that??? I need awnsers cause im really confused...
