Judge Brian d Saunders was very unfair in my child custody case i am the respondent in this case. On nov 18 i went to court and was served with papers saying that the judge gave my daughters father full custody and gave me supervised visits because he said i did drugs the judge never seen either of us on this day.
When we went back to court on dec 8 we seen the judge and he still gave him full custody even though i brought in proof that i was not a drug addict and i do not have a criminal record.
My daughters father has a criminal record and history of drugs this order that the judge made is a new order before then i got her every weekend for the past 4 years. I am very upset about this because I am doing everything right as a citizen and i get my child taken away because of false allegations. He has never brought in any proof of me neglecting my daughter in any way. My daughter told me, my mother, a police officer, a nurse, cps worker, and a therapist that she was being beat by her father's parents and the judge never called them to find out if this was true or not but i had all there paper work.
The father has been in and out of jail all her life his parents has to and all i did was try to be nice and let my daughter have a relationship with him and his family and they take her and make up story about me with no proof. I have been doing the supervised visits with my daughter and she always tells me that she is ready to come home and the person that is supervising hears everything she says. My daughter has went so far to get mad and try to break things when she has to leave me.
All this time i been asking the judge to get help for my daughter and he never does. She is 9 years old now and started peeing in the bed again after she returned to her father in jan. She has failed the 1st grade since she was with him when i got her when her father went to jail. I put her in the 2nd grade where she was suppose to be. I also got her into therapy and she was being helped everyday before school by her teacher at the time.
I do not understand what i am doing wrong. I have my own home, i am married i am a full time student. My husband is in the military i have a younger daughter and a baby on the way. My daughters father does not have a job and he lives with his girlfriend who takes care of him so tell me who is in the best interest of this child.
