Lisa M Say abandoned our daughter when we separated and she ended up living in a homeless shelter in Modesto Ca. She moved to Hot Springs Ar with her parents after that and left our daughter in my care. I have had sole legal custody and sole physical custody most of the time since then.
The courts granted her 50/50 custody when she returned 1 year later but she again decided to move and left our daughter with me again which devastated my daughter. The courts allowed this to happen a couple more times until Feb.in Feb my ex having physical custody decided that she could not handle our daughter and signed her custody back over to me. When I went to court in March Lisa did not show up and again I was given Sole legal and physical custody.
Now a year later she wants custody of our daughter again and I am refusing to allow it. Our daughter doesn't need to go through all this now that she has been in the same school for the past few years and has a few long time friends here with me at my house. Our daughter also states that she does not want to live with her mother anymore.
Now I will just have to see what the court decides. They usually don't listen to anyone and just set 50/50 custody without seeing the damage that Lisa Say is doing to her 8 year old daughter. Lisa will leave and not have any contact for months at a time. She will tell our daughter that there are bogeymen in her closet and under her bed, tells our daughter that my wife and I are mean and don't treat her right since I don't allow many visits with her mom anymore, trys to get my daughter to lie about things that happen in my house to authorities, etc etc.
This women Lisa Say not only needs to lose custody of her daughter she needs to have ALL visits in my opinion taken away until some serious psych counseling is done on Lisa and the counselor says its ok for her to be near children. She should also be ordered to be fixed so that she can no longer have anymore children because she has 2 other children that live with their father and just had another child with a boyfriend she has now.
